Ross Morey

Ross has over twenty years experience across a diverse range of industry sectors including Primary Industry, Automotive, Manufacturing and Tourism where he has worked in the disciplines of Marketing, Sales and Account Management. Ross developed a passion for regional Victoria and for Tourism, and is now applying the skills learnt through the corporate world, to assist other businesses improve their bottom line.

He enjoys building relationships, is practical in his approach and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ross has an ability to quickly examine the sales and marketing processes and implement procedures to assst in the identification of issues and implement changes to enhance a business's performance.

Ross is a Member of the Australian Marketing Institute, an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, and has a Cert IV Training & Assessment.

Anne Roder

Anne has over twenty five years senior technical management experience--including 20 years in a FMCG food manufacturing multinational, plus time in her own consulting practice. During her time with the FMCG business, Anne established a track record of building new market segments and developing successful, branded consumer products across Australia, Asia (China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Indonesia) and Europe (based in the UK and working across Russia, Denmark, Italy as well as Central Europe particularly Poland and the Czech Republic).

Anne has a good understanding of different cultures and is able to successfully work across business functions. She has a proven ability to make things happen and is a change agent and team builder.  Anne is experienced in strategy development and project management, particularly new product development from idea generation through to commercialisation. Anne has a Bachelor of Applied Science, is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, and has a Cert IV Training & Assessment qualification.

Pam Macdonald

Pam is a pragmatic senior human resources and change management professional with over twenty years experience working in a broad range of industries including government, utilities, consulting, financial and professional services and retail.  An experienced executive who has worked with local and global firms, Pam has the ability to focus on both strategic and micro issues and rapidly assimilate information to define practical and effective plans and solutions. 

Pam has managed all aspects of human resources as well as managed many projects centred around business change and operations.  She holds an MBA (Technology) as well as Graduate Diploma Adult Education, Graduate Certificate Management (Public Sector) and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment. Pam is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian Institute for Training and Development and is a Professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
